What counts as a walker?
Anyone who logs in to do walks, including you. Owners who only manage the business don’t count.
What happens when I hire another walker?
Add them in a minute. Your price only changes when you move up a plan, never per person.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. You get 30 days with every feature. We’ll remind you before it ends, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
How do card payments work?
You connect your own Stripe account in a few minutes. Clients pay you directly, Stripe pays out to your bank, and Pawgenda takes no percentage.
Do my clients need an app store?
No. Your app installs from your web link onto their home screen on iPhone and Android. Clients who don’t install it still get everything by email and text.
Can I move over from another booking system?
Yes. Send us your client export and we’ll bring your clients and dogs across for free. How switching works
Is there a contract?
No. Pay monthly and cancel whenever you like, or pay annually and get two months free. You can export your data at any time.
