How switching works
Step 1: Send us your client list
Email us your export or spreadsheet. We’ll check it over and tell you if anything’s missing.
Step 2: We import it for you
Clients, contact details, dogs, addresses and notes come across, and you check it all looks right. Free on every plan.
Step 3: Set up your services
Add your walks, prices and cancellation rules, upload your logo and connect your Stripe account. We’ll do this with you on a setup call.
Step 4: Invite your clients
Send each client their link. They check their dog’s details, save a card and add your app to their home screen.
Step 5: Switch over when you’re ready
Run Pawgenda alongside your old system for a week or two if you like. Cancel the old one once you’re happy.

Switching questions
How much does it cost to switch?
Nothing. Client import and a setup call are included free on every plan, including during your 30-day free trial.
How long does it take?
Setting up your business takes about an hour, and we’ll help. After that you can invite clients at your own pace, all at once or a few at a time.
Do my clients have to do anything?
They open the link you send them, check their dog’s details and save a card. There are no passwords to remember and no app store to visit.
Will my clients’ saved cards move across?
Each client saves their card once in your new app. Cards are held securely by Stripe, so they never pass through you or us.
What about my past invoices and payments?
Keep an export from your old system for your records. Pawgenda starts tracking payments from the day you switch.
Can I run both systems for a while?
Yes. Plenty of walkers run both for a week or two. Your trial is free for 30 days, so there’s no rush.
